I turn high-stakes mess into structure people can stand on. My own life included.

A brief glimpse into how I think.
Somewhere in the middle of that, I realized the thing I’m actually good at isn’t project management, or advising, or training design. It’s taking something messy, ambiguous, and overwhelming, and turning it into a structure someone can live inside.
That’s true for a nationwide program. It’s also true for a person’s finances, a person’s week, a person’s life.
I spent years in a world that measured everything by how much you could push through.
Ten-plus years, one throughline
Licensed financial advisor and strategic program lead at Sun Life. Different titles, same skill: turning high-stakes mess into a plan someone can follow.
A program with no precedent
Directed Sun Life’s first government-private worksite partnership — a nationwide rollout across legal, compliance, IT, HR, and field teams.
Built to replicate, not repeat
Designed the onboarding system that cut new-advisor ramp-up time in half. A system that only works once isn’t a system.
Taught live, thirty times over
30+ financial literacy workshops for audiences up to 500. PMP-certified.
Movement as proof, not metaphor
Dance taught me what the boardroom confirmed: progress isn’t built through intensity. It’s built through practice, honest feedback, and iteration.
“I appreciate Ms Weanne for sharing all her own effective techniques to us. Before, I tend to over-explain myself, but through her HEEL+S framework, I was able to slowly improve my presentation and conversation skills.”
It’s refreshing to have a financial advisor who normalizes conversations about financial wellness. Money becomes something to understand through data—not something to fear or avoid. That’s the perspective Weanne has helped me develop.

It’s not a lack of focus. It’s the actual thing I bring to the table.
Field evidence

Financial advisor by trade. Performer by training. Neither is the side hustle.
